To celebrate our new spring bundle launch, we’ve put together our favourite healthy recipes to help you stay on track this season.
Vanilla Chai Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup milk of your choice
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla chai
- 1 chai tea bag
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Heat your milk on the stove or microwave until hot. Put the chai tea bag in the milk and let brew for at least 5 minutes. Place in the refrigerator until chilled. Remove the tea bag and combine the chai tea milk, banana, protein powder and vanilla extract into a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy
Salted Caramel Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 whole dates, pitted
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 scoop salted caramel
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- 1 banana
- Handful of ice
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend to your desired consistency. Pour and enjoy
Choc Malt Smoothie
Ingredients
- ¾ cup milk of your choice
- 1 scoop choc malt
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- ½ cup frozen banana
- 1 tbsp almond butter/peanut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Combine all the ingredients together and blend until smooth. Pour and enjoy
