Terms & Conditions:

 

1. Australian Health Vitality reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Sale Period.

2. Discount codes cannot be combined unless otherwise specified

3. Free Gifts are strictly while stocks last and will not be supplemented. 

4. Discount is applied at checkout, unless otherwise specified. Refunds will not be given for forgotten codes. 

5. Refer to our Shipping Policy for shipment queries

6. Refer to our refund policy for refund queries

7. Products sold with a short date until expiry are clearly marked and refunds and exchanges are not available for any short dated stock ordered. 

8. Product Subscriptions can be cancelled as long as the order has not been shipped. If the product has been shipped before a cancellation is requested refunds are not offered. 

 9. During sales please allow up to 10 working days for orders to be shipped. 

Zero Tolerance Policy

Australian Health Vitality has implemented a Zero Tolerance Policy to ensure all staff are treated with dignity and respect. This means that aggressive or violent behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Anyone verbally abusing members of staff, either in writing or over the telephone, will be advised that this behaviour will not be tolerated. Any future violation of this policy will result in our refusing to conduct business with the offender. 

All abusive correspondence received by our office will be retained for reference should the matter persist and need to be referred to the police.

If you display abusive, threatening or violent behaviour towards employees they will:

1. Advise you that they will be unable to assist you if you continue the behaviour

2. Warn you that they will end the conversation if your aggressive behaviour continues

3. End the conversation if your aggressive behaviour continues

4. Refund or Cancel orders from customers displaying aggressive behaviour.
