Wheyless has been designed to be used with milk and mixes well into 200mL of milk of your choice, e.g: full-fat; light; skim; oat; rice; almond or soy. You could also use coconut water or natural yoghurt. Place 1.5 scoops (or 1 heaped scoop of the Double Chocolate) into a protein shaker or wide-neck bottle and keep this at your work desk or in your bag; add your desired liquid base and shake to dissolve for a no-fuss instant protein drink.
Alternatively it makes a great smoothie using the blender, adding in fruit, yoghurt and your choice of liquid.

Once you've achieved your healthy weight and are looking to maintain this weight, complex whole grain carbohydrates can be introduced as part of the Wheyless Maintenance Program.The general amount of protein recommended per day is 0.8-1.0g/kg (seeAustralian Institute of Sport). That means that if you are 70kg, you should be consuming at least 56g of proteins per day, and that's if you're not exercising. Two serves of Wheyless per day gives you a total of 30g protein per day.
Anyone can use Wheyless; it's not all about weight management.
