Mixed Berry smoothie bowl is the perfect summer breakfast that is fruity, satisfying and nutrient-rich! A great way to cool down on a hot summers day!
Ingredients:
- 1 heaped cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 small frozen banana
- 2-3 tbsp coconut or almond milk
- 1.5 scoop Wheyless Mixed Berry powder
Method:
Add frozen berries and banana to a blender and blend until small bits remain. Add the milk and powder and blend on low until it is a soft serve. Scoop into bowl and top with desired toppings.
If there are leftovers, keep in freezer for 102 weeks and let thaw before enjoying.
