We love you a waffle lot, so we wanted to give you an easy, healthy and delicious breakfast recipe that the whole family will enjoy!
Packed with protein, they taste just like banana bread but as a waffle!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup (2 scoops) Wheyless French Vanilla Powder
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice
- 1 cup ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Method:

Preheat waffle maker to medium and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

Add banana, milk, and vanilla extract and mix until just combined and batter comes together.

Scoop the mix onto the hot waffle maker and cooked until heated through. Waffle maker usually begins to steam when the waffles are ready.

Continue with rest of batter, re-spraying with non-stick spray in between as the waffles will stick to the waffle maker.

Serve immediately topped with your favourite fruits.
This mix makes around 5-6 full size waffles.
