5 Super Smoothies for Spring

Let the abundance of delicious fruits and flavours of the season inspire you to spice up your regular Wheyless breakfast smoothie. 

Here are just 5 suggestions to get you started:

 

POMEGRANATE & BERRY SMOOTHIE 

Ingredients:

100ml pomegranate juice or milk of choice

½ cup ice

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 serve Wheyless Strawberries and Cream

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

 

Blend together and enjoy!



BANANA SPICE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

100ml milk of choice

½ cup ice

½ frozen banana

1 serve Wheyless French Vanilla

½ teaspoon cinnamon

sprinkle of nutmeg

 

Blend together and enjoy!


TROPICANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

100ml coconut water

½ cup ice

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup pineapple

1 Serve Wheyless Banana Smoothie

 

Blend together and enjoy!


RASPBERRY AND PEACH SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

100ml almond milk

½ cup ice

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ chopped peach

1 serve Wheyless Strawberries and Cream

 

Blend together and enjoy!


BANANA AND GINGER SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

100ml milk of choice

½ frozen banana

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

1 serve Wheyless Banana Smoothie

1 teaspoon honey

½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or dry ground ginger)

 

Blend together and enjoy!
