Vanilla and Honey Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml soy milk (organic)
  • 1 1/2 scoops Wheyless French Vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (organic)

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or simply use a bar mixer and blend well. 
  • Serve and consume immediately, while chilled
