Strawberries and Cream Smoothie
- 200ml low-fat milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 - 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 scoops Wheyless Strawberries and Cream
- 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or simply use a bar mixer and blend well.
- Serve and consume immediately, while chilled
