Mango and Vanilla

Mango and vanilla make such a great combination and this smoothie is a perfect way for you to enjoy mangoes when they are in season.  Frozen mango would work perfectly in this recipe as well.

 

Ingredients

  • 200mL low-fat milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1.5 scoops Wheyless French Vanilla
  • 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • Ice

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or simply use a bar mixer and blend well. 
  • Serve and consume immediately, while chilled
