Cherries and Double Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml low-fat milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 heaped scoop of Wheyless Double Chocolate
  • 1-2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or simply use a bar mixer and blend well. 
  • Serve and consume immediately, while chilled
