Banana, Mixed Berry and Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 200ml water
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana (hint:  peel before you put in the freezer)
  • 1 1/2 scoops Wheyless French Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon LSA (linseed, sunflower seed, almond) mix
  • Ice

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor, blender or simply use a bar mixer and blend well. 
  • Serve and consume immediately, while chilled
