6 Super Smoothies for Summer

Let the abundance of delicious summer fruits and flavours of the season inspire you to spice up your regular Wheyless breakfast smoothie. 

Here are just 6 suggestions to get you started:

 

Pomegranate & Berry Smoothie (pictured above)

Ingredients:

100ml pomegranate juice or milk of choice

½ cup ice

½ cup frozen raspberries

1 serve Strawberries and Cream Wheyless

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Banana Spice Smoothie

Ingredients:

100ml milk of choice

½ cup ice

½ frozen banana

1 serve French Vanilla Wheyless

½ teaspoon cinnamon

sprinkle of nutmeg

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Nutty Choc Malt Smoothie

Ingredients:

100ml milk of choice

½ cup ice

½ frozen banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1 serve Choc Malt Wheyless

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Tropicana Smoothie

Ingredients:

100ml coconut water

½ cup ice

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup pineapple

1 Serve Banana Smoothie Wheyless

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Raspberry and Peach Smoothie

Ingredients:

100ml almond milk

½ cup ice

½ cup frozen raspberries

½ chopped peach

1 serve Strawberries and Cream Wheyless

 

Blend together and enjoy!


Banana and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients:

100ml milk of choice

½ frozen banana

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

1 serve Banana Smoothie Wheyless

1 teaspoon honey

½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or dry ground ginger)
